1 c. black beans
1 tomato, diced
1 lime cut into small pieces
1/2 onion, diced
1 T. balsamic vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 c. coarsely chopped or torn fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. dried cayenne pepper
1/2 T. hemp oil
1/2 T. flaxseed oil
1/4 tsp. sea salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for a few hours!
*Optional - Add diced avocado to salsa mixture when ready to serve.
